Will team members be able to read or learn from private emails?

No, Fyxer AI mirrors the ability and privacy of a CRM, so you can set the AI to never learn from particular email addresses. For example, all HR emails can be excluded from Fyxer AI. Just change the preference settings in your team account.

Which teams can use Fyxer AI?

Fyxer AI works for all teams, but especially well for teams that spend lots of time on emails, such as sales, marketing, business development and recruitment. Fyxer AI works for every industry too, but particularly well for professional services companies that would prefer to be meeting face-to-face than sending emails, such as tech sales, real estate, consulting, agencies and recruitment.

How will Fyxer AI use our inbox data?

We use the OpenAI API to enable AI features in Fyxer AI. When you interact with these features, we share your email content with OpenAI, but only to provide you with the requested feature. Can my team members access my private emails, drafts, or calendar events?

No. Your privacy is always protected.

  • Each user’s inbox remains private.
  • Drafts are only visible to the individual user.
  • Meeting notes can be shared manually or automatically, depending on your settings.

How does Fyxer AI handle multiple users within the same organisation?

Fyxer AI automatically groups users with the same email domain into the same organization (except public domains like Gmail or Outlook.com). This can however be turned off in your Fyxer dashboard.

  • Shared AI learning improves response accuracy over time.
  • Admins can manage team settings and integrations in the dashboard.
  • Custom roles and permissions can be set for Enterprise accounts.

Do you offer discounts?

What data does Fyxer AI access, and how is it used?

Fyxer AI accesses only the data necessary to organize your inbox, draft responses, and assist with meeting notes.

Emails: Used to categorize, prioritize, and draft replies, but never stored permanently.
Calendar: Checked to suggest meeting times but not shared with third parties.
Meeting Notes: Recorded only if the AI Notetaker is enabled for a meeting.

Fyxer AI follows strict SOC2, GDPR, and ISO27001 compliance standards to ensure your data remains private and secure.

How does Fyxer AI ensure the confidentiality of my emails and calendar data?

Security is our priority. Fyxer AI uses enterprise-grade encryption and complies with global data protection standards.

  • Your emails and calendar data are not stored or used to train 3rd party AI models.
  • All AI-generated emails/calendars can be seen only by the customer who has the product. Administrative access, for Fyxer, is granted on a case by case basis and read only.
  • You can customize privacy settings to restrict AI learning from certain email addresses (e.g., HR or confidential conversations).

Who owns the data and what happens to my data if I stop using Fyxer AI?

You own the data. Your email database remains the one single database of truth. Fyxer AI can access your email data, but you remain in control of your data, no activities are taken automatically, drafts need to be sent by the customer. All data will be purged and deleted at your request or upon cancellation of your Fyxer account.
